SERVICE CONFIDENCE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. DEFINITIONS
Authorised LDV Dealer means a dealer appointed by LDV Automotive to sell new and/or demonstrator LDV vehicles in Australia and/or to perform LDV warranty service on such vehicles.
Eligible Model List means the list of model variants to which the LDV Service Confidence Program applies, as follows, and as updated from time to time:
- Deliver 9 Van
- Deliver 9 Cab Chassis
- Deliver 9 Bus
- eDeliver 7
Eligible Scheduled Service(s) means each of the following scheduled service intervals (as per the Service Schedule) that are nominated by LDV Automotive for the purposes of the LDV Service Confidence Program:

Eligible Vehicle(s) means the model variant(s) set out in the Eligible Model List that are sold by an Authorised LDV Dealer on or after the Program Commencement Date and specifically excludes:
- privately imported vehicles; and
- 'grey import' vehicles, i.e. vehicles imported other than through authorised LDV channels for the purpose of resale.
LDV Automotive means Ateco Automotive Pty Limited (ACN 000 486 786), trading as LDV Automotive.
LDV Published Price means the maximum price for an Eligible Scheduled Service for an Eligible Vehicle as published at www.ldvautomotive.com.au.
LDV Service Confidence Program means the program contemplated by these terms and conditions pursuant to which the LDV Published Price for Eligible Scheduled Services on Eligible Vehicles is available at participating Authorised LDV Dealers.
Program Commencement Date means 2 April 2026.
Service Schedule means the official service schedule for an Eligible Vehicle as may from time to time be amended by LDV Automotive.
2. THE PROGRAM AND ELIGBILITY
The LDV Service Confidence Program is designed to give prospective purchasers and owners of Eligible Vehicles increased transparency around scheduled service costs so that they may make informed choices based on how they service their vehicle.
Pursuant and subject to these Terms and Conditions, the LDV Published Price is available on Eligible Vehicles for each of the Eligible Scheduled Services at participating Authorised LDV Dealers.
A list of participating Authorised LDV Dealers can be found at www.ldvautomotive.com.au.
The LDV Published Price is valid to 31 December in the relevant calendar year; for more details see condition 4 below.
The LDV Service Confidence Program is available to retail customers and such fleet and business customers as may be nominated by LDV Automotive.
LDV Automotive may add or remove vehicles from the LDV Service Confidence Program, or vary the terms of the program, from time to time, without notice. Amendments will be published on the LDV Automotive website at www.ldvautomotive.com.au and will take effect immediately on publication.
3. WHAT IS COVERED UNDER THE LDV SERVICE CONFIDENCE PROGRAM
The applicable LDV Published Price will cover the standard items in each Eligible Scheduled Service. Nothing in these terms and conditions prevents participating Authorised LDV dealers from charging less than the LDV Published Price.
The LDV Published Price covers the following standard items in each Eligible Scheduled Service as set out in the Service Schedule (subject to the exclusions set out in condition 5 below):
- labour;
- parts;
- lubricants;
- sundries which includes items such as oil and waste recycling and/or removal, workshop supplies etc;
- such other items as LDV Automotive may determine from time to time.
Important: The availability of the LDV Published Price for an Eligible Scheduled Service is conditional on the Eligible Vehicle being presented at a participating Authorised LDV Dealer for servicing at the relevant service interval for an Eligible Scheduled Service. An allowance for late presentation of 2 months or 3,000 kms (whichever occurs first) from the relevant service interval for an Eligible Scheduled Service shall be permitted by LDV Automotive, acting reasonably.
In the event that the vehicle is not presented for servicing for an Eligible Scheduled Service as set out above, additional work or items may be required as part of the service and accordingly the LDV Published Price will not apply to the relevant Eligible Scheduled Service. The LDV Published Price for the next Eligible Scheduled Service will however become available, noting importantly that if you miss any Eligible Scheduled Service additional work may be identified at the next Eligible Scheduled Service which is not included in the LDV Published Price for the next Eligible Scheduled Service.
As some driving conditions place more stress and strain on your vehicle, some maintenance procedures may be required to be performed more regularly than at the service intervals applicable to each of the Eligible Scheduled Services. Your participating Authorised LDV Dealer can advise you on the benefits of intermediate servicing in line with your vehicle's operating conditions. Intermediate services are not covered under the LDV Service Confidence Program.
Note: The LDV Published Price cannot be claimed for both a specified kilometres service and the corresponding time interval service separately.
4. PERIOD OF VALIDITY OF THE LDV PUBLISHED PRICE
The LDV Published Price is valid until 31 December in the relevant calendar year in which it is published at www.ldvautomotive.com.au for an Eligible Scheduled Service completed by a participating Authorised LDV Dealer in that calendar year. Prior to 1 January each year, LDV Automotive will review the LDV Published Price for Eligible Scheduled Services and may publish new maximum prices for an Eligible Schedule Service that will be applicable on and from 1 January in the following calendar year.
5. EXCLUSIONS
The LDV Published Price does not include the following items:
- tyre rotation and balancing and wheel alignment where required;
- repair of accident damage to any body, driveline or chassis components;
- additional maintenance due to modification of the vehicle (or any part thereof) from original specification;
- normal wear and tear consumable items and parts requiring additional maintenance (including but not limited to clutch linings, brake discs and pads, brake linings, wiper blades, globes of all types (including Bi Xenon, HID and LED), fuses, trims, diesel particulate filters, catalytic converters, all belts, water pumps, tyres, glow plugs, filters, satellite navigation update disks and all other parts of your vehicle that have been subject to normal wear and tear);
- items or work required as a result of vehicle misuse or abuse or as a result of the vehicle not being driven in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and guidelines;
- additional fluids and additives not specified in the Service Schedule of an Eligible Scheduled Service;
- adjustments not specified in the Service Schedule of an Eligible Scheduled Service;
- additional maintenance and repairs that may be recommended by your Authorised LDV Dealer to suit your individual driving characteristics;
- service or maintenance required as a result of non-genuine or non-approved LDV parts or accessories;
- service, fitment or maintenance of any accessories, including LDV accessories.
These items will be identified as a separate and additional charge to the LDV Published Price at a price advised by a participating Authorised LDV Dealer.
Please note: Participating Authorised LDV Dealers are required to advise you if any additional service or maintenance work is required. You should be informed prior to that work being undertaken and your consent should be requested and obtained before the participating Authorised LDV Dealer undertakes the additional service or maintenance work.
6. TRANSFERS
The entitlements of the LDV Service Confidence Program remain with the Eligible Vehicle if the original owner on-sells the Eligible Vehicle provided that:
- the vehicle was an Eligible Vehicle at the time of initial purchase; and
- as at the time of re-sale, the vehicle has had all necessary Eligible Scheduled Services performed.
7. IMPORTANT OTHER INFORMATION
For:
- eligible Deliver 9 Van, Deliver 9 Cab Chassis and Deliver 9 Bus vehicles sold between 1 September 2020 and 1 April 2026; and
- eligible e-Deliver 7 vehicles sold between 1 February 2024 and 1 April 2026,
the Capped Price Service program will continue to apply.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Capped Price Service program will not apply to Eligible Vehicles sold after 2 April 2026; those vehicles fall under this LDV Service Confidence Program.
